June: Stay Empowered this summer!
This month, Empowered Nonprofits shares some ideas of things you can do this summer to re-energize your staff and lay leaders. It is important to carve out time to reconnect with both staff and volunteers because they are the pulse of the organization. Their efforts and morale will have a direct impact on their engagement and sense of connection.

Good news newsletter - with shout outs to individual staff/board members
Explore campaign messaging. Remember the adage: Ask for money, get advice. Ask for advice, get money!
Review annual campaign status and create next year's fundraising plan with committees
Start to set expectations for giving at End of Year
